TODAY AT 3:00 PM at our Schwenkfelder Missionary Church – Tulpehocken Street, Philadelphia – OUR ANNUAL DAY OF REMEMBRANCE SERVICE

The Schwenkfelders Day of Remembrance (Gedächtnis Tag) is the longest, continuous running Thanksgiving service in the United States. We encourage you to attend this unique aspect of early American history later today at 3:00 p.m. At the conclusion of the service, the traditional meal of bread and apple butter will be served. This was what the first Schwenkfelder immigrants ate. The service WILL BE LIVESTREAMED if you are unable to attend in person.  Please visit Central Schwenkfelder’s YouTube page to view this unique and wonderful part of our heritage.
